Marketing Specialist

Sitero is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist who can help build and execute a marketing strategy for our IRB/IBC and Clinical solutions to establish the Sitero brand in the market, drive effective lead generation campaigns and effectively position our services to new and existing customers.

This role will work with various functions to manage the end-to-end marketing operations from lead generation through to hand-off the the sales teams. The Marketing Specialist will manage the Sitero brand recognition from ideation to execution to ensure we are visible and known as an industry leading Clinical solution provider. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record managing key marketing activities for similar services based organizations in the CRO, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Originate and manage end-to-end marketing collateral in concert with Commercial strategy and customer needs

  • Develop and execute on a global marketing plan to meet specific marketing and commercial KPIs

  • Manage content curation for all marketing, commercial and internal activities to ensure all internal / external messaging aligns with the Sitero brand guidelines

  • Undertaking competitor research and analyses to ensure Sitero is positioned effectively in the market and can make data driven decisions
  • Conducting market research to establish customer trends and habits and adhere marketing strategy to meet relevant trends
  • Establishing goals and objectives in coordination with Commercial teams and Senior Leadership in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking
  • Establishing a market presence through effective promotion of brand awareness through marketing efforts

  • Manage end-to-end Website design, content and on-going optimization
  • Creating marketing materials for our website, LinkedIn and other marketing platforms
  • Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including SEO optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing and event planning
  • Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Support inside sales team and manage key lead generation activities, including email campaigns, trade show management and Social Media (Google, LinkedIn, etc) campaigns
  • Support CRM management to track campaign effectiveness through a metrics based framework

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Life Sciences or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM (salesforce.com) and CMS software
  • Experience with industry leading email marketing software
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, a plus
  • Experience using marketing and commercial analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
