The Sitero Mentor platform leverages intelligent automation to enable efficient reporting, communication, and process management functions for research, Clinical, and higher education institutions. Mentor streamlines IRB, IBC, IACUC, accreditation record keeping, committee workflows, internship management, course evaluations, and more.
Mentor is designed for easy customization and features an intuitive and responsive interface that minimizes the learning curve for administrators and users.
With Mentor, there is no physical infrastructure on your site, so there are no hardware or software upgrades for your IT staff to manage. We host Mentor in Amazon Web Services, the largest and most secure cloud computing environment in the world.
We manage security, data backup, disaster recovery, and all upgrades of the Mentor system.
Security
Mentor is PCI certified by McAfee Secure. Our software is scanned for two hours each day and are contractually bound to fix any identified security issues within 24 hours.
All web transactions are encrypted using SSL. All stored files are encrypted and we encrypt standard identifying information in the Mentor database.
Each client has its own separate database and own separate file storage, automatically backed up on a transactional basis to another physical location with the Amazon Web Service system.
Integration
Mentor allows easy integration with your institutional systems, whether you need to import data to, or export from, Mentor. We provide multiple methods for you to use, as well as a web services API that allows you to automate integration.
Mentor integrates with Banner, PeopleSoft, Datatel, and supports single sign-on with LDAP, Active Directory, CAS, and Shibboleth.
